Do you find it difficult talking to prospects on the phone, getting hung up on, or dealing with objections? How about rejection? We all hate that. I used to be like that, always taking the prospects that I worked hard to generate spit my business opportunity to them. This usually ended up in disappointment and discouragement. Kinda stinks.
It was outright depressing really. What was I doing wrong? There were so many people out there that were without effort sponsoring people on the phone like crazy. But me, NOPE!
It didn’t take me too long to figure out I was doing this long enough. I was not getting where I wanted to go, and sponsoring no one was well, flat out EMBARRASSING! I have felt like the idiot trust me. But then I found something that changed the way I talked to prospects. It was a video interview with Mike Dillard, and master recruiter Mark Wieser.
Prospecting Video That Changed My Life
In this video Mark’s experience is really pulled out by Mike on how he was able to personally sponsor over 254 reps in one year. I figured out that I needed to change the way that I was talking to prospects too. I needed to learn how to qualify them and see if they were right for my business. I also figured out that I am the boss, I am in charge of the situation, I am interviewing my prospects to see if they will be good enough to be part of my business. I’m not being interviewed.
You are the one in control of the conversation as an employer interviewing a possible new employee. They are there to see if they qualify your requirements.
By changing the way that I approached the conversation on the phone I am not getting hung up on anymore. The prospects are hearing someone that knows who they are and what they want and where they are going. Sponsoring and talking to prospects does not have to be hard, frustrating, or filled with rejection.
So if you would like to learn how I overcame my fear of talking to prospects on the phone, and how I haven’t heard the word no since, then you need to get your hands on this free 1 hour video interview. For me, it was a gold mine and a must have for anyone truly desiring to take charge of their home business! It is the artists pencil.
