It was August of ’09, approximately 15 days after being layed-off my job of 15 years when I was introduced to a ebook called Magnetic Sponsoring. Little did I know that this 77 page ebook would completely change the way I thought about network marketing and how I would work a network marketing home business. At this point I was still the needy, desperate, someone has to join me networker, not realizing I was already on the road to failure.

Let’s talk about transparency before we go any further with this review about Magnetic Sponsoring. One of the biggest elements to having a successful home business is taking personal accountability for your business. This means you and I are responsible, solely, for our success. We have to be willing to accept this responsibility without blaming anyone else when things go wrong. That includes our upline, the company, etc.

Garbage Leads or Attracted Leads

The difference in quality leads and garbage leads lies within how they were acquired. A garbage lead is one that you did not attract, but maybe bought from a firm selling generic leads acquired from running generic business opportunity ads. So, you shoot in the dark when you contact them that they will end up a customer or enrollee. Attracted leads are those generated by you because of you and the value you showed that they were looking for.
